I was born and raised in Colorado. I have been here my entire life. I never even left for college, just went up the road to Colorado State University (Go Rammies!). I love Colorado and don’t ever plan to leave, unless I get pushed out by all the new transplants. Colorado has seen unparalleled growth in the past few years. I attribute this to two things: the oil boom and marijuana. Neither of which really affect me and my daily life in the Southeastern edge of the Denver Metro area. Regardless of where you stand on the two (I know where I do), Colorado is the very best place to raise a family. My husband and I decided that long before we even were a family. I like the winter, my husband likes the summer. We all love the mountains (especially S). Really the only thing missing is the ocean, but that is what travel is for.
